WORDS IN ART 2D & 3D

The Trio Art Studio and Gallery will be presenting a unique exhibition of original Artworks showcasing a partnership between images and the written word “TYPE”. After the success of the Poetry in Print exhibition in 2024 there was a response by many artists who wish to participate using different art forms. We hence changed the name to Words in Art 2D & 3D.

Artist will showcase their works, some using traditional techniques others using contemporary techniques. Items will range from Studio ceramics, Glass, Printmaking, Painting, Sculpture to many forms such as textiles and Books.

Please send a request to exhibit in this exhibition to the Trio Art Studio and Gallery via email: trioart@yahoo.com.au, with a description of the work, 2 or 3 images with details and a CV.

All work must be for sale.

The Gallery takes a third (1/3) of all sold artworks.

Artworks must be original and of a PROFESSIONAL standard.

Number of entries is limited to 3 per artist although it will be at the discretion of the Curator how many will be exhibited due to space considerations and sales.

Insurance of the artworks will not be covered by the Trio Art Studio and Gallery.

Artworks must be delivered on Sunday 14 APRIL or MONDAY 15 APRIL between 10-4pm

OTHER DETAILS:

The exhibition will be open from: Easter Sunday, 20 April 10:00am – 4:00pm and will close on Monday, 18 May 10 – 4:00PM.  The Gallery is open three days a week or by appointment. (Sat, Sun, Mon)

Opening Event - Easter Sunday 20 April 2pm -5pm.  Join us to celebrate Poetry, Stories, that inspired the making of the artworks.

Nibbles, and refreshments will be provided.
